MARCEL LIVET and NIVOSE share the history of the first French expeditions to the Himalayas. The mountaineers of the 1st French expedition to the Himalayas were equipped by Nivose to protect them from the extreme cold. It was in 1951 that Marcel Livet took part in the organisation of the 3rd French expedition to the Himalayas. In 2020, the two brands meet again for a collaboration around a heated down jacket.
